T&P VR Experience

As part of The&Partnership’s rebrand to T&P, I led the concept and creative direction of an immersive VR experience designed to translate the new identity into a spatial, interactive narrative.

The project reimagined the agency’s proposition as a three-part virtual journey, structured around the core pillars of the business. I defined the overarching experience, introduced gamification mechanics, and developed the narrative framework across three distinct worlds:

Genesis (Creativity) - An abstract origin space exploring ideation and generative thinking

The Organic Machine (Production) - A hybrid environment reflecting the intersection of craft and technology

The Blueprint (Strategy) - A neuromorphic maze visualising structured thinking and decision-making

Users navigate the experience by searching for glowing orbs (creative gems) through each environment, progressing through a symbolic interpretation of the creative process.

The worlds blend surreal spatial design with narrative cues, embedding themes of AI-driven creativity, human craft, and strategic intelligence.

This project positioned the rebrand not just as a visual shift, but as an experiential system, bringing T&P’s evolving identity to life through immersive storytelling and interaction design.

Phase A. Drafting & Testing

Experimenting with spiraling 3D shapes in Adobe Illustrator and testing HDRI environments, lighting and textures.

Drafting a mock-up scene in Twinmotion prior to using Unreal Engine 5 helped in identifying potential flaws. For instance, it highlighted the need for a strict pathway when using the teleportation command in VR.

Phase B. Motion Blur

The white smoke inspired the use of motion blur and more dynamic player poses. The background started to represent the characteristic Tottenham vibe and aesthetic, the players not being placed on the field, but outside of it, bringing them closer to the neighbourhood spirit and the audience.

Phase C. Motion Blur
